Vermont State Parks rely on user fees for day-to-day operation and maintenance.
To enjoy unlimited, discounted use of the parks, consider a season pass or an individual pass.
Punch cards provide another way to visit the parks at a discount, and never expire.
If you are 62 yrs. or older and a Vermont resident, or are totally disabled due to military service, you are eligible for a lifetime day entry pass into the parks called the Green Mountain Passport. |

Picnic Pavilion Fees
- Pavilions (also called shelters) may be reserved for up to 11 months prior to the date of the activity to take place in the pavilion.
- Pavilion damage/compliance deposit $100; $500 at Kingsland Bay.
- Trash is carry in-carry out, or you pay a per bag fee at park.
- Trash removal is included at Kingsland Bay
- Day use fees are charged in addition to pavilion fees, except at Kingsland Bay and the Elmore Beach House, where it is included. Prior to an organized group event, the group leader must arrange with the park ranger and confirm in writing the payment method and individual members of the group.

Seyon Lodge State Park
| Overnight Stays: $75.00 for rooms 2, 4, 5, 6, & 8 and $85.00 for rooms 1, 3, & 7 which are larger (all rooms are double occupancy, $10 per extra person) |
Group Lodging: $600.00 per night, for rental of the entire lodge. This includes sole use of the lodge’s 8 bedrooms (up to 16 people), living room with fireplace, conference center, and a delicious continental breakfast. |
Conferences: $300.00/ $200.00 non-profit. This includes use of the conference facility, which accommodates up to 50 people, tea and coffee throughout the day, and a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack. |
Weddings: $1,500 site fee. This provides the use of park grounds and conference space, and day use for up to 250 people. Price also includes the use of 45 folding chairs and 9 rectangular tables. |
Dining: $4.50-$10 for breakfast, $6-$10 for lunch, and $12-$20 for dinner. We provide delicious, healthy meals made with mostly local produce and meat and are happy to accommodate individual dietary needs. Refer to our menus for ideas on options. Unions/Weddings/Parties meal prices may vary. |
Boat Rentals for Fly Fishing: $6 per hour, $20 half day (4 to 6 hours), $40 per day (dawn to dusk) |
Season Fishing Pass: $95 per season, includes day use and paddle boat rental |
Burton Island State Park
1. Docks for power boats in the inner marina may reserved within two weeks of your stay. To make reservations call the park directly at (802) 524-6353. Other dock and mooring may not be reserved in advance but are available on a first come-first served basis. Docking is $1.75 per foot/per day, or any part thereof. Moorings or anchorings are $.75/per foot per day, or any part thereof. Electric hookups are $3/per day or any part thereof for 35' and under and $4/per day or any part thereof for longer than 35'. Boat pump out station is free for marina guests and $10 for non-guests. |
2. Registered campers with boats up to 16 feet in length may use a marina slip for no additional fee. Campers with boats greater than 16 feet but less than 25 feet will be assessed at the current marina rate for each foot in length more than 16 feet. Boats greater than 26 feet in length, or boats with persons sleeping aboard overnight, will be assessed at the full marina rate. |
3. Dockage does not include a continuous water hookup. |
