The Use Value Appraisal (UVA) Program Manual is intended to be a reference for people working with the forestry portion of Vermont’s UVA Program.  It contains information on the statutes, rules, history, and standards for forest management plans and practices on enrolled forest land. The appendix contains supporting documents and relevant program forms.

The Use Value Appraisal Program Manual was updated in March of 2010. The revised manual now includes a complete set of the Fish and Wildlife forms needed for ESTA applications..
