Logger Education

The Vermont Division of Forests supports logger education efforts in Vermont through participation in workshops offered by the Logger Education to Advance Professionalism (LEAP) Program, the Vermont Forest Products Association (VFPA) and the Vermont Loggers Association (VLA). Staff regularly provide training and education to loggers on a variety of topics including "Protecting Forest Water Quality during Logging Operations"
